hey ...hold on. The matter is very simple. I wonder how this cud confuse anybody. FYI:
1) Sciences and Management courses are not "rot" in IIT's. These are better in some of the other colleges. Remember, technology is the core competency of IIT....n nobody, including Bill Gates, needs any London-Times article for that.
2) Yes, there are half a dozen IITs. and they all work in synchronization. The survey is referring to the IIT University as a whole.
3) No particular logic is required for clubbing the IITs toghether. They already are. Cant help it !!
4) "London bridge is falling down": nice rhyme....isnt it!! still wondering what has that got to do here .....
